Where You Will Sleep

Each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms includes a wardrobe with hangers and a private en suite bathroom.
Two bedrooms feature trundle beds (double-level), each comfortably sleeping two guests each.
The third bedroom has a regular double bed.(sofa cum bed) where two adults and a child (below 5 years) can comfortably sleep
The living area includes a sofa-cum-bed that opens into a king-size bed, suitable for two adults and a small child.
The apartment can host up to 8 adults and 2 small children (under 5 years), but we maintain a cap of maximum 8 guests for comfort and privacy.

Bathroom and Essentials

All three bathrooms are attached and include dry and wet areas for better hygiene.

We provide:

✔ Fresh bath towels and hand towels

✔ Soap, shampoo, and basic toiletries

Kitchen , Dining and Living

The apartment has an open-plan layout—the kitchen, dining area, and living room share a single, airy studio-style space.

✔ The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, gas stove, induction cooktop, basic utensils, and filtered drinking water.(Note: No dishwasher is available.)

✔ The living area includes a sofa, smart TV, and dining table.

Laundry & Utilities

Laundry is located in the terrace area, with:

✔ A front loader washing machine

✔ Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided

✔ Space to dry clothes naturally

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the living area, dining room, kitchen, work area, and three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. A covered car park is also available for your use.

✔ Please be mindful of noise levels, especially at night.

✔ Be kind and polite to neighbors and fellow residents.

✔ No Unregistered Visitors – Only guests listed in the booking are allowed.

Waste Management at Property

We follow eco-friendly waste sorting with color-coded bins provided inside the apartment and in the parking area.

Please follow the instructions on the in-apartment diagram (you’ll find it at the kitchen area) to help us keep the space clean and green .

If unsure, feel free to ask our caretaker or message us.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, near InfoPark, SmartCity, supermarkets, and daily conveniences.

This unit is one of four 3BHK apartments in the same building. While your apartment is private, other guests may be staying in the other units during your visit.
